Rich and luscious plant-based goodness that is sure to please for many occasions, whether it be to share for an event or cozying up with you, yourself and yours on your couch binge-watching some Netflix haha!

1. Soak the cashews in the hot water for at least 30 minutes. (Or soak overnight in the fridge with room temperature water for maximum nutrient retention.)
2. Meanwhile, bring a large skillet to medium heat and add the vegan butter.
3. Sauté the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes. Then add the chorizo and diced chilis. Cook for another 6-9 minutes or according to instructions.
4. Next, blend the cashews with miso, nutritional yeast, LAIRD unsweetened creamer, vegan sour cream, juice of the lemon, and season with salt, pepper.
5. When ready, pour into the chorizo mixture and stir until evenly combined.
6. Finally, transfer to a serving dish and pair with vegetables or chips! Enjoy 🙂
