“This spicy, rich fall smoothie has enough plant-based protein to power your day, and enough flavor to keep you coming back for more. Find the recipe below:” – Vibrant Health


Banana Pecan Smoothie

  • 1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 C. dates, pitted (or 6)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 C. pecans

  • 1 Tbs. cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp. allspice

  • 1.5 C. vanilla oat milk

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender, blend until desired consistency, garnish with pumpkin seeds, pecans and cinnamon; enjoy!

NOTES:

  • I own a Vitamix which has s a “smoothie” setting, however, any high-speed blender will do with the right amount of patience haha!

  • Enjoy smoothies as soon as possible for optimal nutrients, however, you can transfer to an airtight jar or container for up to one day.
