Banana Pecan Smoothie

1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein powder

1/2 C. dates, pitted (or 6)

1 frozen banana

1/2 C. pecans

1 Tbs. cacao nibs

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. allspice

1.5 C. vanilla oat milk

Combine all ingredients in your blender, blend until desired consistency, garnish with pumpkin seeds, pecans and cinnamon; enjoy!
NOTES:

I own a Vitamix which has s a “smoothie” setting, however, any high-speed blender will do with the right amount of patience haha!

Enjoy smoothies as soon as possible for optimal nutrients, however, you can transfer to an airtight jar or container for up to one day.
