Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate ft. Laird Superfood

3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (Hu)

1/4 cup Laird Hot Chocolate powder

1.5 tbs monk fruit sweetener

2 cups almond milk (or plant-based alternative of choice)

3 cups ice

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1 pinch of Himalayan salt

Vegan whipped cream

Small vegan chocolate bar (to shave on top)

In a blender combine chocolate chips, Laird Hot Chocolate, monk fruit sweetener, almond milk and ice. Blend until combined and consistent.

Transfer into cups and top with whipped cream, then garnish with chocolate shavings.
