No-Bake Maple Tahini Granola with Collagen Yogurt
I N G R E D I E N T S :
Granola:

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tbs coconut oil
-
2 cups rolled oats
-
1/2 cup slivered almonds
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/3 cup goji berries
-
2 tbs chia seeds
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon
-
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
Yogurt:
-
24 oz unsweetened coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

2 Tbs Maple syrup
M E T H O D :

In a large mixing bowl, combine all granola ingredients until evenly mixed.

For the yogurt, mix all ingredients together, adjusting the taste to preference.

Transfer yogurt to bowl or jar of choice then top with preferred amount of granola, and store the extra in the fridge.

Finally, garnish with fresh fruits and seeds or nuts.
