I lost count of how many vegan energy bite recipes I developed over the past two years. It surprised me realizing that I do not have any recipe of my own to share. One thing lead to another and now, considering how integral these Masala Chai Energy Bites became in my life (especially mornings of commercial set styling days), I knew I had to share more in this space. They are easy to make and the lengthiest part is rolling them. Other than that, there is pretty much no excuse not to make these haha! Oh! And this version is nut-free!
