This Pineapple Matcha Smoothie is everything you need when you want a vibrant pick-me-up. It’s tropical yet earthy thanks to the blend of matcha, cucumbers, ginger and pineapple. It also has a bright herbal flare with the addition of mint and is exceptionally refreshing, especially on a hot and humid day. Since it is sweetened with dates it has additional vitamins and minerals like potassium and magnesium! Though, the health benefits do not stop there. Pineapple Matcha Smoothie



  • 3 Persian Cucumbers (or small cucumbers of preference)
  • 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbs. Matcha Powder
  • 2 Tbs. Mint Leaves
  • 3 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Cup of Ice


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and consistent.
  2. Next, divide into glasses and enjoy!


  • I own a Vitamix which has s a “smoothie” setting, however, any high-speed blender will do with the right amount of patience haha!
